Refund policy

All sales are final. There is a 20% restock fee for any order altered and/or cancelled BEFORE the items are mailed, but after the close of business on the day the order was paid. There are rare occasions when an exchange may be considered, in which case, the buyer agrees to pay for return shipping and shipping of the replacement item. The exchangeable items must be received within 5 business days in its original, unused condition.
